I would be lying if I said I followed the Paleo lifestyle always and perfectly. Some days I feel like having cheese. Some days I can't imagine not eating quinoa in my salad. The recipes and ideas on this blog are flexible and cater to a variety of lifestyles and people. The -ish is for anyone who likes the ability to stretch out of boundaries every once in a while.
