Happy Saturday everyone! For the first time in months, I don't feel like my fingers are going to fall off from frostbite. I love you, sun. These past couple of weeks threw me for a loop, to say the least. I was living in limbo over the past few months waiting on a decision that would have me uproot my life start over again. I had one foot here, one foot there, pulling back from my friends, checking out of my routine, not living in the moment. It was rough. The decision finally came and, needless-to-say, no uprooting happened. I was more devastated than anticipated.

But...BUT...things work out the way they're supposed to work out. Sure, this plan to uproot my life didn't happen, and I hid in a cocoon of self doubt and anxiety for a few days. But I have now been compelled to shake up my own routine here. The whole process opened my eyes to potential, and brought my needs and motivations into focus. It lit a fire in me to start something new and be a better person than before. I'm excited, you guys. Really excited.

Be prepared for a whole lotta love on this little blog. I'll be posting more recipes, lifestyle tips, random musings, fitness inspirations, and anything else that gets me going. Because we're more than our jobs. We're more than our work output. We're more than our hobbies. We're so much more. I'm fueling the flame, and I can't wait to see where it goes.
